RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Proper Know how about all the products
� Should be able to pick up the support calls on an individual level after a month Time
� Preparation of weekly schedule with your senior for Support Calls
� Documentation of the support calls
� Ensuring the support calls going smoother and solving problems at a brisk pace
� Analyze the cause and effect of the problem evolved in the product and accordingly communicate to the senior and technical team
� Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on client’s requirements
� Establish contacts with client(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships.
� Manage multiple calls, usually key accounts identified as high potential / high revenue generating.
� Ability to demonstrate the product
SKILLS:
� Should have excellent communication skills
� Should have support experience in the IT field-Hardware and Software Solutions
� Should be dynamic, young male with a flair for meeting new people and developing long term relationships with them.
� Should possess strong technical computer skills.
� Should be cool and confident, but with a yearning to scale newer heights.
� Experience in interaction with corporate, Government and institutions will a major plus point.
� If you a BE or B Tech in Electronics/instrumentation/computer science will give you and added advantage.
� Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Support role will be an advantage
� Local candidates only apply.
