Desired Candidate Profile
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree with previous Program Management experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to understand and streamline technical and business processes is required as are outstanding analytical and communication skills
- Formal project management training is desired, including successful completion of the PMP exam and/or an advanced degree in operations/project management
- Dependent upon the candidate's ability to add value at the project level with processes, systems, and tools that deliver improved execution and project management efficiency
- This position is open for Grade 6 and Grade 7
- Bangalore, India location
- Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft* Project* and Microsoft* Excel* with metric creation, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Formal project management training, including PMP certification
- Familiarity with product development
- Comfortable driving formal risk management in a product development environment
- Ability to understand and streamline technical and business processes
- Ability to add value to the project level with processes, systems and tools that deliver improved execution and project management efficiency
- High tolerance of ambiguity
- A self starter
- Proven success influencing without authority
- Ability to build and manage customer relationships
- Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Project, metric creation, pivot tables, data modeling, and data manipulation/import/export from SQL would be an added advantage
