Desired Profile:
IDBI, 'a new generation' fully computerized banking company under the Companies Act, 1956, having majority share holding by Government of India, is engaged in providing entire range of banking services. Applications are invited for the posts as mentioned below for IDBI's training institute viz. JN IDBI Staff College at Hyderabad besides regional training centres at Mumbai/New Delhi/Chennai /Kolkata.
Associate Professor - 5 posts
Age: Not more than 45 years.
Qualification: Postgraduate from a recognized university in India. Candidates with additional qualification such as CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA/CAIIB would be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years officer's experience in areas of retail banking/SME Financing/Agri. Financing/Credit etc. in a large sized commercial bank. Candidates with teaching/trainers experience in a Bank and/or exposure to the latest trends in the banking sector in the areas of technology, marketing, HR Management, etc. would be preferred.
Senior Faculty - 6 posts
Faculty - 8 posts
Age: Not more than 37 years for Sr. Faculty & 32 years for Faculty.
Qualification: Same as mentioned above for Associate Professor.
Experience: Minimum officer's experience of 5 years for the post of Sr. Faculty & 3 years for the post of Faculty in the areas mentioned above for the position of Associate Professor.
Note:
1. Recruitment of the above posts can also be considered on contract basis for a specified period on contractual terms.
2. The position of Associate Professor, Senior Faculty and Faculty are equivalent to the grades of Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Manager respectively.
3. Cut-off date for age, qualification and Experience, etc. for all the above posts are May 1, 2008 .
4. Reservations/Relaxations will be applicable/extended as per Govt. of India guidelines.
5. The numbers of posts mentioned above are provisional and may vary depending on future requirements. IDBI reserves the right to draw a waitlist and consider waitlisted candidate(s) for future requirements. Offers could be issued in phases as per the Bank's requirement.
6. The candidates should apply for only one post. Multiple applications will not be considered and would be liable to be rejected outright.
7. Bank reserves the right to make an offer for a lower grade post even though the candidate/s applies and fulfills the eligibility criteria for the higher grade post.
