Job Description
The candidate should be able to Develop and maintain software documentation written in SGML and XML.
In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle and documentation life cycle
Good knowledge of end user documentation such as User guides and Online Help and technical documentation such as Installation Guides, Operation guides etc
Ability to lead a project and to take on additional responsibilities
Ability to add value to documentation deliverables through review
Ability to collect metrics in the documentation life cycle
Ability to prepare project plans based on the given timelines
Desired Profile Experience on SGML and XML .
Working knowladge of IBMIDDOC, DITA, IDWB, Epic Editor, IBM style guidelines .
Audience and task analysis skills .
Experience 2 - 7 Years
