JOB PROFILE-1

1.IT Helpdesk - Technical Support Associate - VOICE BASED (0 to 18 months of experience)

1. :Salary : Freshers- 1.3 lakhs
2. Experienced- Will be discussed by the Hiring Manager at the time of interview
3. Locations Hyderabad/Bangalore
4. Must have good communication skills
5. Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
6. Must be willing to work in Shifts

2. Job Role : System Operations Specialist - Unix - ITD (0 to 18 months of experience

1. Job Location : Bangalore
2. Eligibility : Any Graduate - Freshers (0-12 months of experience)
3. Requirements : Must have good communication skills
4. : Must have knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
5. Must have knowledge in Unix administration
6. Salary : Minimum 1.8 lakhs
7. Must have knowledge in Remote Monitoring Tools (if any)
8. Must be willing to work in Shifts
9. Must have knowledge in preparing Reports using MS Office, Lotus suite, similar applications
