Qualifications:

Tools: Visual Studio .NET 2003/2005, Visual SourceSafe
Languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET/C#, ADO.NET, XML, VBScript, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX
Databases: SQL Server 2000/2005, MS-Access 2003
Methodologies: Object oriented design concepts
Worked on Performance Tuning and testing projects using VB.Net/C#
Used Application Blocks like logging, exception handling, etc.
Worked with 3rd-party web controls
Demonstrate good abilities in:
Applying Microsoft Practices and Patterns
Memory management, Multi-threaded programming, Garbage Collection, and Exception
Handling Web controls,
Datagrids/Gridviews, and Charts
Pagination and Caching

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting applications and technology solutions which have been deployed.
Responsible for ensuring that all application development efforts to support the forensic accounting and litigation projects meet and or exceed client expectations. Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, time, and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.
Becomes intimately familiar with all assigned applications and technology functionality.
Becomes intimately familiar with all development tools, testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
Ensures successful development and implementation of application support strategy.
Encourages collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.
Demonstrates a working understanding of both quality assurance and software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to
share that knowledge with peers, and project team members.
Demonstrates a strong working understanding of industry best standards in software development and version controlling.
Ensures the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
In addition to technical competencies as above, good verbal and written communication skills will be required, to participate as members of multidisciplinary teams
