About SR&I:
The SR&I team in India was conceived to integrate and build Deloitte’s research and knowledge management capacities. The SR&I’s growing team of research professionals focus on knowledge management, market & competitive intelligence, thought leadership, solution development, strategic planning and commercialization to produce high value offerings that generate bottom line benefit for clients and the firm. They work with SR&I professionals in the US to identify development priorities and influence overall firm strategy besides supporting client relationship building activities. The SR&I plays a key role in communicating and commercializing the firm’s perspective to a broad audience around the world.
About Knowledge Management:
The Knowledge Management (KM) team supports the efficient exchange of knowledge, insight, and intellectual property across the Deloitte U.S. Firms with processes, resources, and technology-based solutions to swiftly and accurately connect our practitioners to the right information. KM plays a vital role in the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ success by enabling effective people-to-content and people-to-people connections. The key customers include the Firm Industry Leadership, Clients & Markets, Marketing, Pursuit teams, Practitioners.
Qualifications
Total Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Specific Skill Sets and Qualification:
Strong people management and project management
Experience with handling document management/content management systems. Eg: Microsoft Content Management System/Sharepoint System or Content Management Portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Understanding of professional services and KM technologies.
Strong HTML skills with working knowledge of dreamweaver
Job Purpose:
Manage the Knowledge Management team for Industry specific business content portals. Industries include Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Products, Health Science & Government, Technology, Media and Telecom, energy & Resources. This team manages content/knowledge developed by Deloitte practitioners and develop KM solutions to provide efficient and effective access to Industry specific knowledge.
Guide team members on devloping CM/KM solutions from technical usability and business application perspective
Demonstrate basic understanding of one or more industries including Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Products, Health Science & Government, Technology, Media and Telecom, energy & Resources
Liaison with the US based counterparts and internal clients to scope content management requirements.
Project planning, resource allocation to manage and deliver multiple projects.
Develop and manage project delivery processes, including production and quality assurance.
Recruit, mentor, and administratively manage teams, including performance assessment.
Demonstrate very strong technical skills in MS Office suite — Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and HTML/Dream weaver.
Develop and implement training programs on MS office suite, Content Management System, Business lines knowledge, and Industry knowledge, including Financial Services, Consumer & Industrial Products, Health Science & Government, Technology, Media and Telecom, energy & Resources and Professional Services Firms.
