Our EBOS provides billing and collection services for US Healthcare service providers (hospitals, laboratories, physician groups)
Our associates help clients bill out medical insurance claims and also follow-up on behalf of our clients with payers (medical insurance providers) to collect money.
What does the work involve?
The work involves calling the insurance companies and updating details of actions taken on claims in our systems, adhering to high quality norms.
Typically, the candidate will be expected to work on 50 70 claims in a day, and make around 15-20 calls. Based on business requirements, there may be months where you may need to make higher calls (50-70/day) while handling fewer claims.
