Reporting/Line Manager: Paul Humphreys Job Location: Pune

Job/Role Purpose:
• Initially manage and lead a team of Problem Analysts & Change Analysts with a view to expanding to manage additional team members.
• Be an escalation point for all Problem/Change Management and staff issues
• Responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy is delivered by the team.
• Always looking to enhance and improve the working practises of the team
• Take personal responsibility for learning about the infrastructure, applications and services.
• Build good working relations with UK-based teams.
• Understands principles of service level management.
• Understand basic concepts of administration activities.
• Can describe the differences & correlation between incident & problems, orders & changes.
• Understand the basic concepts behind effective technical documentation.
• Understand the role of an integrated service desk.
• Can discuss characteristics of well and poorly written documentation.

a. Report writing

a.Proven practical experience of applying ITIL disciplines in a ‘run’ environment
