Job Description:
Order Processing and follow ups with Maintenance Contracts. Preparing and completing work adhering to Quarter end deadlines. Preparing & completing customer Documentation with the help of the sales team. Interacting with sales departments to resolve information discrepancies. Providing regular updated AMC reports to respective regions. Liaisoning with Head Quarters
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.Minimum 0-2 yrs. of experience. Ability to understand documentation. Basic knowledge of Oracle. Customer Database Management a must. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Ability to work effectively within the team and with team members situated in various locations.
