Desired Profile
6-7.5 years of hands-on development experience (3+ years of Object Oriented server-side development and Object Oriented Design with special reference to multi-tiered environment).
Expertise in Java and J2EE technologies, particularly Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) development.
2+ years of experience as a design lead with experience in a high volume transaction system.
Experience with UML, XML/XSL, Oracle and Web Services (especially SOAP) protocols, BEA Weblogic, Linux (any flavor of UNIX), etc.
Write production quality code in Java and J2EE while meeting implementation deadlines.
provide the software development and product management teams with feedback on the product (manageability, supportability, robustness, functionality, etc.).
Help define, document and review processes to help in the smooth roll out of a release in production.
provide technical mentorship to the project team. This includes the analysis of use cases and requirements, brainstorming, design and implementation of new software.
A passion for hands-on technical problem solving.
Excellent communication skills. Must be able to translate general and high-level notions into concise designs.
