Job Description
Initial screening of suitable candidate
Ensure staff discipline.
Compile statistics, reports, survey monthly.
Follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc; and complete documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the due date.
Conduct routine checks on staff behaviour, wearing of nametags, staff I.D. cards, proper attire and taking disciplinary action when required.
Make recommendations and contribute ideas in designing training programs for each department, or participate training activities with Assistant Manager.
To ensure proper time keeping and records of staff attendance, on a daily basis.
To ensure the privacy and confidentiality of personal information to which he/she has access or for which he is responsible, subject to any legal requirements and the best interests of the staff.
Achievement and result oriented.
Detail oriented and comfortable with Multi- tasking, Learning and organizing skills

Desired Profile
The candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a generilastic profile, HR Background,Prefer an MBA.
