Job Description Handling complete ICICI Bank FMG team for datacenter requirement
Desired Profile Manage Datacenter Infrastructure: Co-ordinate with ICICI Bank FMG team for datacenter infrastructure requirement i.e. Physical space , Power requirement , Air-conditioning requirement , physical security etc.
Team Management: To manage Datacenter administration /operation and stores team supporting 24 X 7 in production datacenter,DR site server rooms. Manage team of 30 direct reportees
Administration: Total data center administration starting from defining processes(SOP) and implementation for the same, server induction / de-induction, space arrangement, site preparation, co-ordinate with other technical teams of Datacenter for any projects.
Access management: To manage physical access as well as logical access control using Iraje single sign-on application, KVM (remote server management console), remote server console access control with KVM.
Process compliance: Ensure compliance for SOAX, ISO 27001, IT security policy of ICICI Bank Ltd. at all locations and timely closure of open issues. Follow up with other DC teams for compliance and closure of audit gaps on time. Handle all the datacenter audits.
Application management: As a business user, define requirement for DCGovernance application in consultation with other technical teams of datacenter and implement the same with the help of technical team.
Backup operation Management: Managing Datacenter backups with Veritas Netbackup, offsite movement of medias and media storage / destruction of old /bad medias.
