Buddy walk -in guidelines
a. Candidate should carry a hard copy of the resume at the venue. On the top right side of the resume mention the name of the employee and his / her employee number. Invitation mail from Tech Mahindra Employees. Request all to upload CV’s on http://10.5.4.252/buddy/
b. Candidate should carry last month salary slip, 3 passport size photograph and passport,
c. Candidates with skills which are not advertised will be asked to submit the hard copies at the venue. Only candidates whose skills whose skills and experience match the requirements advertised will be allowed to attend the recruitment process.
d. The employee should know the person referred personally or professionally.
e. Candidates who don’t have details of the buddy mentioned on the hard copy of the resume & do not carry invitation mail from buddy will not be covered under buddy scheme
Eligibility Criteria for:
a. All employees on rolls of the organization can refer/contribute towards the Buddy Scheme.
b. All employees on direct contract rolls of Tech Mahindra can refer/contribute towards the Buddy Scheme.
c. CV validity for buddy CVs is 6 months as per process. if CV is already exiting in database through any other sources then credit will go to 1st source only. In such we will inform concerned employees within 2 weeks of selection / offer
c. Employees of Human Resources, PSD, ESG and employees in the Grades G5 and above are eligible to participate in this scheme, but will not be covered under Buddy Reward scheme.
d. It has been observed that many employees are uploading CVs on buddy link by mentioning wrong exp. where candidate has less than 3yrs of exp., kindly note that these things are not as per policy. And violation of policy may lead to disciplinary action.
