Job Description Given below are the Peoplesoft requirement:

A) Peoplesoft Financials Technical
Exp: 4-6yrs
Work Location: Bangalore

B.E/MCA/B.Tech/MBA At least 5 years of related analysis and testing experience. At least 3 years of PeopleSoft Global Payroll, HCM, FMS or CRM functional and/or test experience (Version 8.8 and abov e preferred). At least 3 years experience with automated testing tools (Mercury products ? Quick Test Pro, TestDirector). Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL). Familiarity with MS O ffice suite (including MS Project). Experience in testing a PeopleSoft upgrade.

B) Peoplesoft Financials Functional
Exp: 4-6yrs
Work Location: Bangalore

Atleast 4-5 Years of experience as Peoplesoft FIN Functional Consultant. Should have done atleast 2 end to end implementation. Must have experience in leading and completing the full life cycle deve lopment of Peoplesoft Financials. Process design and application configuration is a Must. Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom development team to determine gap resolutions. To Identify ways to redesign business processes and/or implement FIN / HRMS / CRM technology required to successfully solve business problems. Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fas t-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Final design approval and configuration of the applica tion. Work with the end users and business owners to map Peoplesoft Applications standard processes to the business needs of the client. Lead the testing effort for your functional area and coordi nate changes. Contribute to the training development for users of his/her business area. Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting. Assist in the identification, assessment and resoluti on of complex issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Atleast 4-5 Years of experience as Peoplesoft Functional Consultant (HRMS). Must have experience in leading and completing the full life cycle development of Peoplesoft HRMS modules. Process design and application configuration is a Must. Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom development team to determine gap resolutions. To Identify ways to redesign business processes and/ or implement HRMS technology required to successfully solve business problems. Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into l arger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Final design approval and configuration of the application.
