To drive our aggressive growth, we are now seeking the following professional for our Mumbai office:

Job Description:

The incumbent shall be responsible for all Financial Accounting requirements for specified clients. This includes review of monthly financials statements, Account payable process, Reconciliation , institution of financial controls etc. He/She shall be responsible for process migration and would be responsible for managing a team size of 50-80 consisting of Client Account Managers, Team Leaders and Accountants.

Basic Educational Qualification : CA

Desired Soft Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills with
the ability to interact with US clients.

Preferred Additional Qualification: Good knowledge of computers with awareness of ERP package

Desired Experience : CA. with minimum 5 years.

Other Competencies : Ready to work in shifts, including night shifts.

The incumbent should be self starter & team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates willing to work in rotational shift including night shift are preferred.
