� MBAs from tier1/tier2 institutes/ Premier MBA institutes. This is a mandatory criterion.

� Candidates should be �smart�, excellent in communication and customer facing.

� We are open to non-IT candidates who have worked in insurance industry.

� Candidate should be from Life Insurance Background

� These positions are for Sr. business analysts. The candidate will have to know the insurance functionality. They will be trained on our �elixir� product. Subsequently the candidates will be at the customer site understanding the customer�s specific needs, mapping those needs to our Elixir product, and identifying functional gaps. Later these gaps have to be explained to our designers for the design team to build solutions fulfilling the gaps. The business analysts will also be responsible for preparation of test scenarios for ensuring that the solution created meets the functional expectations of the customer.

Travelling would be required if needed
