Implementation of the level 1 Operations of the HUB/ Lease Line/ Satcom fiel
Customer Handling Day to day Calls, Resolution of the same within stipulated period
Responding to and co coordinating customer calls. & Channelised Escalation.
Process Monitoring VSAT health.
Daily Reports.
Update Ticket Status.
Maintain Daily Log book.
Process Adherence & prevent / avoid any violation.
Antenna tracking / RF tracking.
Adherence to Policies & Procedures
People Ability to work within & for a team.
Exhibit adequate soft skills to deal with customers.

Desired Profile

We are looking for freshers who have completed their Diploma in the
Year 2007 , in any of the circuit branches.
