Role: Candidate would be responsible for the integration and validation of Oracle RDBMS Real Application cluster solutions with Dell H/W and storage on linux and Windows OS.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate and validate Oracle RDBMS Cluster Solutions with Dell Hardware and Storage on Linux and Windows OS. Perform root cause analysis of technical issues.

• Conduct performance studies to create sizing data on supported configurations. Publish technical white papers to share best practices/participate in external events and conferences.

Skill Sets Required:



• Should have exposure to enterprise server hardware and storage, Exposure to Dell enterprise hardware would be a plus.

• Should have hands-on experience on Oracle 9i/10g, understanding of Oracle RDBMS Internals and exposure to database application development would be plus,

• Exposure to SQL Server would be a plus.

• Must have hands-on experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL3/RHEL4) Exposure to Oracle RAC on Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 would be a plus.

• Familiarity with Fiber Channel Storage, Storage Area Network (SAN) and Familiarity with Storage Management Tools would be a plus.
