Job Description Looking after the total branch operation, sales, administration, Business. Efficient deployment of staffs, complying with the KYC norms, and follow up of the stringent Audit Guide lines.

Responsible for the entire Branch banking activities including Banking operations & credit operations. Apart from all these responsible for both Liability & Asset Business mobilization of the Branch.

Ensuring smooth functioning of branch business, daily walk-ins , sourcing of new business etc.

Increasing the CASA base of the bank and to ensure Top line and Bottom line growth
Ensuring faster delivery, lower turn around time in respect to customer requirement and issues if any.

Ensure all audit compliances of branch Banking are met as per the guidelines on time.

Desired Profile Education - Graduate in any discipline preferably Post Graduates with minimum 7 years of experience.
Should be currently working as a Branch Head for the past 6 months. Relationship Managers currently handling HNI portfolio can also be considered for the same.
