Designation Accounts Officer/ Commercial Officer
Job Description Book Keeping of Eastern Zone (Kolkata office and Siliguri office).
ii) Preparation of draft Purchase Orders as per site requirement from time to time, for Project Resources.
iii) Follow up with the vendors for timely delivery of materials.
iv) Organizing transporters and maintain logistics for internal and imported items for India and Nepal.
v) Maintain stock register and reconcile monthly the materials delivered.
vi) Sales Tax and other statutory obligations are to be looked after in consultation with Sales Tax Consultant.
vii) Communication with his seniors in HO.
Desired Profile The person preferably at least commerce graduate with communication skill and net savvy, besides knowledge of MS Office and Tally.
