Should have good programming skills and design skills with knowledge of OOAD and UML Enterprise tool, Rational Rose, Database Designing, Modeling tool(ERWin). Knowledge of JSP, JDBC, XML and JMS is a must. Good communication skills, flexible, quick learner. Prior experience in Insurance, Finance will be an advantage.
