Job Description The Financial Technology team is responsible for multiple applications in support of the Financial Books and Records of Goldman Sachs. Our deliverables include the Firms' Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow Statement and Footnotes, Financial Consolidations and FX analysis.
Desired Profile RESPONSIBILIITES

Be part of the global team that will work on various Financial Technology projects:

- Integration, Transformation and Enrichment of data extracted from the sub ledgers in the warehouse
- General Production Support for Batch issues, User inquiries and enhancements in the post deployment phase.
- Center of excellence for stress and regression testing of application component
SKILL / EXPERIENCE

MANDATORY

-HYPERION Business Intelligence tools
-Essbase
-HFM (Hyperion Financial Manager)
-Brio / Interactive reporting
-ETL Transformation using INFORMATICA
-Relational design, Star schema, Warehousing
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


PREFERRED

-Familiarity with .NET, J2EE, Java, JSP
-Linux, UDB, DHTML
-Perl / Shell scripting experience on Linux / Unix.
-Scheduling software (e.g. Autosys, Tivoli)
-General accounting concepts knowledge is a plus.
-Experience in Securities / Financial industry preferred
