Profile Description:
Provides regular assistance to the GCI Legal Team on transactions, including drafting and negotiation of client contracts.
Assists with special projects, including international corporate and employment matters, mergers & acquisitions and other special projects.

Job Requirements:
3 to 5 years' experience in sophisticated legal environments required. (At least 3 years' practice at a nationally/internationally recognized corporate law firm preferred.
Additional experience practicing ''in-house'' at a multinational corporation or other fast-paced, successful company a plus, but not essential.).
Substantial experience in corporate and commercial (contracts) law required. Substantial transactional experience in areas of technology services/software/licensing preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills required.
Experience required in simultaneously reporting to multiple senior lawyers on delegated tasks.
Must be a practical, creative, results-oriented thinker who has demonstrated ability to understand issues from both legal and business perspectives.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate complex legal issues and solutions to clients in clear, succinct form.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
