Job Description General Description- To manage the call centre. Provide technical support to the customer telephonically; assign the calls to field engineers.


Desired Profile Minimum Qualification Technical School Graduate / Engineering Degree with over Two years of technical experience in maintenance.


Preferred Qualification- Professional/Engineering Degree with emphasis on Electronics or Bio-Medical Engineering with over One to three years service experience in Ophthalmology.

Position success factors- Professional, supervisory or management skills required for this position, e.g., knowledge of FDA laws, knowledge of mainframe COBOL programming, ability to supervise. Basic Electronic Knowledge. Excellent Communication Skills, Service Approach, Customer Focus, Analytical skills etc.
