Qualification: BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, MCA, MBA etc
Total experience: 3 yrs – 15 yrs with minimum 3yrs exp. on SAP.

Required Skills:
1. ABAP lead
· Around 5-13 years of IT experience
· Around 4 years of ABAP experience
· At least 2-4 implementations
· At least 1 upgrades
· Should be good in communication
· Should have handled larger teams
· Should have experience in building ABAP Track

2. CRM lead
· Around 5-13 years of total experience
· Around 2-3 years of CRM experience
· At least 2-3 SAP CRM implementations
· About 2-3 years in SAP SD experience
· At least 1 upgrades
· Should be good in communication
· Should have very good business process understanding in CRM, Sales,
Marketing, Customer interactions center
· Should have experience in building CRM Track

3. BW lead
· Around 5-13 years of total experience
· Around 4-5 years of SAP BW experience
· At least 2-3 implementations
· At least 1 upgrades
· Should be good in communication
· Should have good knowledge of data warehousing
· At least understand ABAP
· Should have experience in building SAP BW Track

4. Pre Sales – SAP
· Should have at least 4-10 years of experience is handling SAP presales
activities
· Should understand SAP
· Should understand processes
· Should have an ability to interact with Sales force on regular basis
· Should be good in Bid Management
· Should have experience in preparing Collaterals and presentations for the
customers
· Should be in position to take the ownership of propos ling/Bidding for end
to end solutions
· Should be excellent in communication
· Should understand the Microsoft project
· Should be in position to interact with technical and functional resources for
estimation and schedules, solutions, value adds
· Should be B.E. and MBA from reputed institute
· Should have strong flair towards pre-sales and business development
activities
