JOB DESCRIPTION:
A lead person is required to coordinate testing and evolve testing
practices across several distributed development and test teams. The person
should bring strong QA discipline to the group. On a local level
development uses an Agile Scrum approach. The role includes actively testing
for local iterations as well as coordination effort with remote and
offshore teams on the larger release integration testing. The person
should be experienced in most of the following: Agile methods, test
automation, performance monitoring/metrics/benchmarking, TDD/BDD, scripting
languages, data access tools, Junit, Fit/Fitnesse, Bugzilla, Test
Director, and other open source tools. Additionally experience in telecom,
network applications, real time, messaging, bus architecture (SOA), and
large scale system integration would be an advantage.
