Position Details
The SAP HR Performance Manager and Career Succession Planning Senior Consultant (SC) will be responsible for working with clients to implement the SAP HR modules pertaining to these two components of the Talent Management solution. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP HR applications. The SC will configure the SAP HR modules as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR application solutions. The SC will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required.
4 years of SAP HR experience v4.6 or above, including hands-on configuration & delivery of Performance Management and Career & Succession Planning
Prefer candidates with experience configuring E-Recruitment and PD (Quals)
Work experience in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
2 full life-cycle projects required
Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
