Job Description : Responsible for testing applications preferably web and (or) client-server applications. Writing Test- Cases, running test- case. Conducting Test analysis (analyzing the BRD/SRS), documentation(writing test scenarios, test cases and preparing test data) and system test execution. Responsible to determine test strategy & methodologies for testing applications. Interacting with database and writing basic SQL queries preferably on SQL database. Test execution & test case development - Review of test cases, metrics reporting & defect analysis. Preparing Traceability matrix. Knowledge on Software development life cycle.
Requirements : Minimum 3 yrs or Software Testing experience. Should have experience in software testing - preferably web and (or) client-server applications. Should have good knowledge on Test analysis, documentation - (writing test scenarios, test cases and preparing test data) and system test execution. Strong Knowledge on SQL Server. Should be hands on in interacting with database and writing basic SQL queries preferably on SQL database. Good communication skills. Domain experience in Financial Services, Brokerage would be plus.
