+ A strategic partner to the business - Experience in managing the HR function for a business unit, in the role of being a strategic partner to Business leaders in a matrix driven organization
+ Conceptual and deployment skills - Ability to initiate, develop and own business focused and people centric HR processes and practices, based on the corporate HR Policy
+ Talent engagement and management in a fast paced and changing environment
+ Employee Advocay - address employee related challenges and issues pro-actively
+ Mentor and coach - advise and guide peers and leaders on company HR policies, practices and processes
+ This position reports to the Senior HR Partner, based at Bangaore and will have a small team of 1 or 2 contractors
Qualifications
# 4-6 years in a multi-national company with a people centic approach
# Masters Degree in Human Resource from a reputed institute
# Excellent communication, leadership and inter - personal skills.
# An impeccable record of integrity.
# Hands-on problem solver with the ability to initiate and adapt to change.
