This role involves strategically building and leading a Program, geared towards facilitating the movement & relocation of expatriates who move to R10, on medium to long term assignments. This would require working closely with various identified service providers and liaising with expatriates to ensure that the contracted services are rendered per plan. Also, to obtain feedback on the Program and determine if & where any tweaking is necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Build a Program in R10 around the movement & relocation of long-term expatriates into India.
· Identify, build and foster a partnering relationship with high quality contracted service providers (agency).
· Support and oversee the provision of services by agency, ensuring appropriate execution & implementation.
· Handle ad-hoc requests appropriately.
· Proactively communicate progress to R10 Management and Expats as appropriate.
· To be the SPOC for all Expats-related services/concerns
Necessary:
· MBA in HR/Marketing or other advanced degree and/or appropriate certifications desirable.
· Min. of 8+ years of total experience, including some years with focus on Relationship Management and Co-ordination.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
