Officer/Executive(Finance)
Qualification : B.Com / M.Com (preferably more than 60% marks from recognized institute) with 2 to 6 years of industry experience. Preference would be given to candidates with IT/ITES Industry experience. Age should be less than 30 years as on 1st Jan 2007. Computer literacy, analytical & problem solving capabilities is pre-requisite.
Job Description : Finance & Accounts Functions which includes handling Payables (vendor payment management) & Receivables (Customer Billing Management), rendering support to business leaders in drawing up business plans, analyzing performance, day-to-day operations in the area of pricing, costing & MIS. The position is also available as support role in Treasury & Payroll processing functions.
Sr. Executive/Asst. or Dy. Manager (Finance)
Qualification : CA/CWA (preferably passed in 1st attempt) with 2 to 4 years of industry experience. Preference would be given to candidates with IT/ITES Industry experience. Age should be less than 32 years as on 1st Jan 2007. Good communication skill is pre-requisite.
Job Description : Finance & Accounts Functions which includes drawing up business plans/Budgets, analyzing performance, Commercial evaluation of Contracts with Customers/Vendors, MIS, Taxation, Accounting, participating in Business Decisions etc.
Sr. Manager/DGM (Finance)
Qualification : CA/CWA (preferably passed in 1st attempt) with 8 to 12 years of industry experience. Preference would be given to candidates with IT/ITES Industry experience. Age should be less than 35 years as on 1st Jan 2007. Good communication skill is pre-requisite.
1. Job Description : Finance & Accounts Functions which includes
a. Commercial evaluation of Contracts with Customers/Vendors
b. Play a key role in Pricing, Preparation & Vetting of Proposals
c. Finalizing Business Plans with reference to Key Business Drivers
d. Provide insights to the management team on what is happening in the business through creative analysis and monthly reporting
e. Work closely with Corporate Planning and Business Analysis team to ensure the right issues are highlighted in their monthly reports to Executive management
f. Effectively manage Credit risk of the business
g. Lead and develop a quality finance team by coaching direct reports
h. Proactively highlight need for upgrading systems and procedures and participate in multi functional teams for systems implementation
