Job Title : DOT NET DEVELOPER

Required Skills : Job Description: This individual will be responsible for working as part of a programming team that provides support and development services to the MIS department. This individual will work primarily to support our production systems in the form of new developments, enhancements and maintenance. The individual will be expected to multi-task due to changing priorities defined by the business unit.
Primary Responsibilities :1) Possess ability to work with minimal direction, taking high level system requirements and translating those requirements into specific solutions. Able to work as a self-starter with minimal direction.
2) Must possess good communications skills. Ability to communicate in verbal and written forms at all levels. Ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentation of procedures for customers and partners.
3) Define new requirements and design additional solutions for production system enhancements.
4) Research production issues using problem solving, root cause analysis and systems thinking skills.
5) Experienced with estimating tasks. Experience in writing technical and non-technical documents.
Required General Skills :1) Experience in providing support for production systems in the form of enhancements and minor bug fixes.
2) Experience in developing ad hoc reports for senior management. Detail Oriented is a must.
3) Experience on projects utilizing full life-cycle system delivery methodologies.
4) Awareness of basic IT principles: requirements analysis, scope mgmt, software configuration management, system design techniques (process & data modeling), application of proper development tools, testing (unit, integration, system, acceptance).
5) Experience in conducting proper unit and systems testing.
