SENIOR L1 - TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (9 - 12 months experience)
L2 - TECH LEAD (18 - 24 months experience)
• Technical Graduate (BE / BTech or BSc / MSc in Computer Science / Electronics) with MCSE Certification
• Experience in security and/or server support
• Experience with inbound technical support processes and good knowledge of anti virus solutions
• Excellent Knowledge in all Windows OS, desktop trouble shooting and networking
• Willingness to work in night shifts
