SENIOR L1 - TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (9 - 12 months experience)

L2 - TECH LEAD (18 - 24 months experience)

Technical Graduate (BE / BTech or BSc / MSc in Computer Science / Electronics) with MCSE Certification

Experience in security and/or server support

Experience with inbound technical support processes and good knowledge of anti virus solutions

Excellent Knowledge in all Windows OS, desktop trouble shooting and networking

Willingness to work in night shifts

The above positions are in Chennai and Bangalore.
