DFT Engineer
Job Description
Develop and evaluate test plans and test suits to verify DFT features. Create test suites that verify each unique DFT structure including, Memory BIST, Boundary Scan, PLL and I/O components. Coordinate and drive solutions with RTL and logic implementation teams.
Desired Profile
BS in electrical or computer engineering, MS focusing on DFT is a plus, Desired skillset includes ATPG, BIST, Verilog, Programming in C++/Perl, Vector conversion and logic design skills. Knowledge of X86 architecture and high-end processor design flow, methods and tools a plus.
