Common skill set:

Graduates with 1-3 years of international calling experience in a BPO (inbound and outbound). Willing to work flexible shifts (especially night shifts); experience in either customer service or trouble shooting. Candidates should also possess basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Initial Support Services has two areas of specialization: (1) Business Applications (Personal Services Network-PSN); (2) Technology (Technology Call Center-TCC).
