Requirements:
Educational qualification: BE/B Tech with MBA
Total experience of 6-8 years with at least 3-6 years of experience as BA
Experience in Telecom domain would be preferable
Should have worked on one or more of the following areas:

Customer Self Care
Rating and Discounting
Sales Management
Service Management
Service Problem Resolution
Service Provisioning
Service Quality Management
Interconnect Settlement
Network Planning and Management
Network Performance
Education:
Any Engineering graduate or hold a relevant Bachelor Degree (preferably Science)
